Dogalwood – natural wood veneered on aluminium profile – is an eco-friendly and innovative product. The purpose of this product is not only to make the user feel the natural wood view & the wood texture but also avoid the disadvantages of 100% massive wood deformation, cracking and swelling by time.
Dogalwood is a eco-friendly product, in which two different materials in building sector with different properties, comes together with the most advanced technology. Dogalwood has perfectly attractive outlook and the feeling of the warmth of the natural wood. It is a unique & innovative product; wood plate is obtained from the natural bark of tree, with special techniques it is veneered on aluminium profiles and then UV based coating is applied for long-lasting outdoor applications.
Also, thanks to the wood plate veneering on aluminium, the tree consumption is very low in comparison to 100% wood usage, on the other hand it encourages the usage of aluminium which is 100% recyclable. Aluminium is the most preferred material on facade application due to it’s features; easy to fabricate, economic, strong, rigid, flat and smooth appearance. Considering the weight distribution of Dogalwood; the wood usage is %0,5 of the aluminium.

Aluminium Siding – Cotta
It’s a cladding material for both exterior and interior application which can be applied to spandrel, parapet and blind spots on the facade in any kind of architecture.
With it’s elegant and luxury design, Qualicoat and Qualinoad compatibility; these extruded aluminium profiles can be coated as anodized or electrostatic powder coating.
Aluminium Siding system profiles has it’s own aluminium sub-construction details. It can be used with all kinds of insulation plate (EPS, XPS, Rock Wool etc.).

Parellel Sliding Shutter
The Parallel Sliding shutter moves by sliding parallel to the facade. If desired, it can also be fixed.
The panels are moving by the special rollers from the top rail. There are several rail options at the bottom side.
The panels can be collected by coming over and over by increasing the quantity of top and bottom rails
This system has four different types of applications as; box profile type, sun loover type, custom design type and textile type.
The profiles can be painted any ral colors or wood effect view. In textile model there are different color options at textile also.

Sliding Folding Shutter
Instead of sliding it can be also folding because of this when it is opened it covers a very small area.
With the special rollers working quietly, locking property when rollers are closed, special handle and magnetic holder, the sliding folding system is working smoothly.
Sliding Folding panels stand outs with piece by piece opening or completely opening features.
Sliding folding shutter system can be produced as in two models: with box model or with custom design model.
